Damaged Shipments
Any damage caused during shipping or freight delivery must be addressed directly with the shipping or freight carrier. If a package appears damaged when it arrives, please do not accept or sign for the delivery.
Local Pickup
Customers picking up orders locally in Ontario should bring a vehicle large enough to accommodate the products.
For example, our Edge Slat Panel Walls are approximately 110.02 inches long and 23.62 inches wide. Please plan ahead and contact us at 905-844-7452 if you require additional information before your pickup.
Delivery Information
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or recipient due to inaccurate or incomplete information provided during checkout.
